Shipping

We deliver within Salem and nearby areas. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your order is out for delivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.

Perishable and cold-sensitive items are packed with care to maintain freshness. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns & refunds

We want every order to be perfect. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsupport@infogsolution.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

For food safety, opened perishable products cannot be returned. Non-perishable items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days; return shipping may apply unless the return is due to our error.
