Delivery, returns, and how we keep your data safe.

Shipping

We deliver within Salem and nearby areas. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your order is out for delivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.

Perishable and cold-sensitive items are packed with care to maintain freshness. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns & refunds

We want every order to be perfect. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsupport@infogsolution.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

For food safety, opened perishable products cannot be returned. Non-perishable items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days; return shipping may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details you provide (name, email, shipping address).
• Order and payment information processed by our payment partners—we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device and usage data (e.g. browser type, pages viewed) to improve the site and security.

How we use information

We use your data to fulfill orders, communicate about your purchases, send marketing only if you opt in, and analyze aggregate trends. We do not sell your personal information.

You may update account details in your profile, unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message, or contact us to request access or deletion where applicable by law.
